Moreover, the ticket give you access to ALL keynote lectures and conferences. No prior booking is necessary for these events.
You will receive the MEDICS Certificate of Participation only if you meet all the participation criteria:
- You must have attended all workshops that you paid for and booked;
- You must have attended at least one scientific event (keynote lecture or conference) in the morning session and at least one in the afternoon session.
- You must have filled in the Feedback Form available in your personal account at the end of the congress in no more than 1 month (See Terms&Conditions).
If you fail to fill in the Feedback Form during the one-month timeframe, you will not be allowed to do it afterwards and you will not receive your Certificate of Participation. Your Certificate will be stored for 5 months after the end of the conference. No certificate-related requests will be taken into consideration after this 5 month period.
Fees are refundable on demand as long as the participant complies an official request is made at [email protected], stating their name and the bank account where the money will be transferred. Refund can be requested until the General Payment Deadline (April 12th 2026). See also Terms & Conditions.
